Service Description
The Vinyasa Warm style is a combination of strength, stretch and spirit. This accessible vinyasa flow, encourages emphasis on safe alignment, balance, and internal observation- it will increase strength, range of motion, postural awareness and decrease stress. The room is heated to a warm 85 degrees to encourage detoxification and deeper stretching. This is an all levels class, it is welcoming to beginners and offers challenge for the more seasoned practitioner. Learn how bringing these practices into your daily routine will help increase personal awareness and allow for physical, mental and spiritual improvements and set up the whole body for deep healing.
